A palace built for Italian nobility can now be yours.
Palazzo Ricci™ has a rich history spanning centuries. From 1799, it provided the prominent and noble Ricci family with a beautiful home and many memories. Along with extended family, the Ricci’s entertained dignitaries, royalty, and some of the most famous artists and writers of the time. During World War II, Palazzo Ricci™ served as an officer’s residence for both German and British regional commanders.
Renovation
Project & Team
Palazzo Ricci is being restored to capture Italy’s old-world charm and the grandeur of an 18th-century palace.
The Palazzo recently won the prestigious International Property Award in Europe for Residential Renovation / Redevelopment. We are happy to report it is well on its way to a successful restoration.
Managing the project is the notable Italian renovation company, IES Figli Mammarella SRL. One of their recent and most prestigious works was a Napoleonic Palazzo (Villa ex Camerata di Ancona), which His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI inaugurated. Mammarella also manages various projects for the Italian Historical Buildings program and National Heritage sites.
When the renovation of Palazzo Ricci is completed (estimated late 2024), the palace will house 14 elegantly appointed residences and a host of five-star amenities. The palace accommodations will include luxurious and romantic features that rival those found at the world’s finest resorts. The common areas will consist of an owners’ lounge, game room, massage room, a rooftop observation deck, a Roman bath, a concierge desk, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a beautiful garden area with gazebos, private space, and an outdoor pool.
The exterior of the Palazzo will be painstakingly restored, recreating the imposing facades which for centuries have fronted Casoli’s most important private building.
The Palazzo will be completely renovated to meet the highest standards of modern architecture, energy efficiency, engineering, and seismic stability while preserving its original classic design and details.
Interior Design Quality
Palazzo Ricci’s luxurious and romantic residences will be finished with the finest, most exquisite furnishings, bedding, and interior décor – everything you’d find at any of the world’s finest resorts.
The common areas of the building will feature a spectacular atrium, a glass elevator, a concierge desk, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with a couples massage room.

Grounds Design Quality
Italy is known for its spectacular landscapes and gardens, and Palazzo Ricci will be no exception. The palace’s grounds will include 10,000 square feet (930 square meters) of private gardens, secluded sitting areas, a luxury swimming pool and spa, a fitness center, outdoor living and dining areas, and old-world water features.
