Viaggio Resorts

Viaggio Resorts is a U.S.-based, real estate development company that plans to create a network of luxurious properties in highly sought-after Italian destinations. Each project will be offered as a private residence club that conveys fractional ownership at a cost that matches personal use and provides five-star hotel services.

The company launched its first residence club in 2020 with the acquisition and meticulous restoration of Palazzo Ricci (scheduled to open late summer 2023). This palace, located in the charming, medieval village of Casoli, was built in the 1700s for the Ricci family of Italian nobility.  Future Italian locations* identified by Viaggio Resorts include island, beach, countryside, lake district, and mountain.  Upon completion, each club will offer its owners reciprocity rights with owners at the other Viaggio destinations, creating an exceptional variety of proprietary vacation options and the ability to link destinations for extended Italian adventures.

* These are proposed project locations and are not guaranteed by Viaggio Resorts. Purchase of a fractional real estate share in any Viaggio Resorts property should be considered on the merit of that project alone.

Italy is poised to seize a significant amount of demand for unique, rural, experiential travel and investment, according to The London Times (3/29/2021), especially in a post-pandemic world, hungry for authentic Italy. And Italy is beginning to direct resources to receive this demand.

Mar 23, 2021, The London Times: “In a post-Covid world, experts expect demand from city dwellers who realize the demand for secret hamlets in Italy would increase as a result of the slow pace, fresh air, happy locals, and unmatched beauty.”

December 10, 2020, CNN Travel: “As social distancing becomes the norm across much of the world, Italy’s under-the-radar destinations are receiving a huge boost… it’s the fascination of discovering the “hidden, unknown and authentic slow-pace Italy” that’s pulling visitors in.

Italy is currently enjoying a renewed level of real estate interest (#1 google-searched vacation country in the world), due to the history, culture, food, and warm weather.
