Palazzo Ricci has engaged the most esteemed build and design team in Central Italy. Collectively Palazzo Ricci’s architects, engineers and contractors have worked on hundreds of historic renovations including some of the most prized historic buildings in Italy. Palazzo Ricci’s construction company I.E.S. Mammarella is a certified restoration specialist of historic real estate and artistic interest, having worked on ancient churches and Papal palaces.

Palazzo Ricci is the vision of Viaggio Resorts, LLC, a USA-based company with a passion for Italy! Palazzo Ricci was completed in the late 1700s, yet in the latter portion of the 19th century, the palace was neglected and fell into disrepair. Viaggio Resorts acquired the property directly from the Ricci family in January 2020 and over the course of a three-year renovation project (started January 2021), Palazzo Ricci will be returned to its original splendor. The renovation project is being accomplished by respected Italian and European architects, interior designers, garden designers, and artisans. The targeted completion is late 2024.
