Award winning, Italian filmmaker, Walter Nanni, has been commissioned to make a new, exciting, marketing video for us.  This video will be instrumental in telling the wonderful story of Palazzo Ricci (past, present and future).

We have entered a real estate sales agreement with the local, central-Italy, Engel&Völkers agency of the global real estate company, Engel and Voelkers.

Finally, the local Casoli planning commission reconvened in late June, after months of being sequestered (COVID disruption), and granted us approval on our first set of architectural drawings and the overall project.

Bike riding can be a fantastic way to see the sites in Italy!
