We kicked off their experience tour at the best La Grotta dei Raselli where Chef Franco taught our guests how to make gnocchi, spaghetti alla chitarra, cappelletti and anellini!
Then…we ate what we cooked and it was delicious! Every time we enter Palazzo Ricci with our new guests it’s a new emotion. It’s like walking in its rooms for the first time! So emotional, so beautiful, so special. Our guests just fell in love with it, as well as with the town of Casoli!
